Earn Double Alaska Miles on Select Routes through February 2018
Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan is one of the best frequent flyer programs out there right now. It offers great flexibility by partnering with many international airlines and allows you to book partner awards. Some notable partners include Cathay Pacific, Qantas, Air France, and Korean Air. You can checkout my Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan guide here. Alaska’s route network will soon be getting even better once it integrates its newly acquired Virgin America fleet of jets.
Mileage Plan is now offering double miles on dozens of flights. You can check the full list of eligible routes here. As a general overview, the double mile flights originate or end in San Francisco (SFO), San Jose (SJC), Los Angeles (LAX), San Diego (SAN), Santa Ana (SNA), or Portland (PDX).
If you’re interested in the promo, you need to register by January 31, 2018. Only flights you take after you register will be eligible for the double miles. Qualifying flights must be flown between September 1, 2017 and February 28, 2018.
I live on the East Coast so I don’t make it out to Alaska’s eligible hubs often, but I went ahead and registered anyway just in case I end up in California on one of these flights for some reason. There’s no harm in registering and forgetting about it 🙂
