Woman Kicked Off Flight for Screaming about Being Seated Near Baby
An angry woman was kicked off a Delta flight on February 6th for yelling at a mother and her baby while being rude to flight attendants. The incident occurred on a scheduled one-hour flight from New York (JFK)- Syracuse, New York. Here’s a video posted to Facebook:
This lady thought she was going to be rude to me and Mason now she has no way home today. Thank you to the lovely Delta flight attendant for not letting this women bully us.
Karma is a b****

The woman in question was apparently the last to board the plane and became infuriated when finding out her seatmate was 19-year-old Marissa Rundell and Marissa’s eight-month old son. She goes on to say “This is fucking ridiculous. It’s bullshit having to sit in the back of the plane” and demands to be seated somewhere else. When she’s not offered another seat, she threatens to have the flight attendant fired. At which point, the passenger who apparently can’t stand babies is asked to leave the plane.
Do you think the belligerent woman should have been kicked off her flight? Flight attendants have very broad authority to remove passengers. I think Delta absolutely made the right call here. Don’t scream and swear at mothers and babies, or anyone for that matter, when you’re on an airplane.
